I started Shop the Independents during the pandemic to help people discover and support small businesses. What began with an Instagram account and a directory grew into a desire to make it easier for people everywhere to shop the independent stores we were sharing.
Now, we’re bringing that idea to life with a small group of independent shops before we open to everyone. We want to build something that helps people discover the shops you’ve put so much care into—and we want our first partners to help shape it.
